$1 trial worked out

I tried the $1 trial for 7 days to check my 3-Bureau Credit Report and Score. It was easy to sign up, and I got access right away. I was looking for a cheap way to see my full reports, and this delivered on that. I canceled before the trial ended, so I only paid the dollar. It felt like a good deal to get the info I needed without a big commitment. The whole process was straightforward, which is what I wanted as a first-time user.

Good service, minor issue

I signed up for the Daily Credit Monitoring and also used the Credit Score Simulator. Overall, it's a solid service for keeping an eye on things. The interface for the Financial Dashboard was pretty clean and easy to navigate, which I appreciated. I got my 3-Bureau Credit Report quickly, and the scores seemed consistent with what I've seen elsewhere. My main minor gripe is that the Monthly Credit Updates felt a little slow to reflect some recent changes I knew had happened. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it would be good if that updated a bit faster. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about one of my alerts, so that was a plus. For the price, it offers good value.

Is the $1 trial actually just $1 or are there hidden fees? Heard some places do that to get you in.

Nah, it's just a dollar for the first 7 days. After that, it turns into the monthly subscription, but they're pretty clear about that when you sign up.

Can confirm, only paid a buck. Just remember to cancel if you don't want to keep it before the week is up.

hey, was thinking of signing up for this but saw some other sites like MyScoreIQ. anyone use both and have a preference for which is better for tracking scores?

I've only used ClickFreeScore, but it does a good job. Gives you scores from all three bureaus and updates pretty regularly. Never tried MyScoreIQ though, so can't compare directly.

MyScoreIQ is pretty decent, but ClickFreeScore's identity theft stuff seemed more comprehensive when I looked into it. Plus, the $1 trial is nice to test out.
